My fascination with food began long ago. Throughout my childhood, my mother and two great aunts used to have a holiday cookie baking marathon, which involved much laughter, strong cocktails, and dozens of different cookies. Like any child, I would lay in bed or sneak into the family room, listening to the ladies, wishing I could be a part of the festivities. Personally, my cooking journey began when I was 13 after I discovered my Mom’s Good Housekeeping Illustrated Cookbook, which started my love of homemade pizza, well anything homemade. Over the past seven years, I’ve taken classes at Ecole Chocolate, interned at Ghyslain Chocolatier, and owned a small chocolate business. I eat chocolate everyday and am always on the hunt for something good to eat.
