I had the pleasure of taking my first trip to Split, Croatia after the new year. My friend gave me a tour of her home town, with the insight of a local and the detail of a history student.
Of course, my one request was to stop at Nadalina Čocolade. I went straight for the bars. The two dark chocolate bars that caught my attention: flower honey and dried figs and prošek. I nibbled on the bars at work, each only lasting a couple of days. The sign of some good eating.
